  To start off with, this specific restaurant definitely checked all the points. I came here at lunch time, and also for breakfast today (I know, the amount of calories I have consumed is disastrous!) and I was thoroughly amazed. In comparison to all other restaurants through the McDonald's chain, this one is probably the best. The customer service I had received today was brilliant, really made me feel like a valued customer, also the food was put together beautifully, I have been to many different restaurants where they have just thrown food in a box, and this mornings breakfast wrap, and lunch was actually put together with care, it looked just like it does in the adverts! (Which is rare for most fast food chains). It is clear these guys put customer value, and food presentation at the top of their priority list! I would personally have a warm heart if there were any responses to this, as I would really want these staff members to be acknowledged for going the extra mile! Once again, thank you for the great customer service.

  What can I say it's a burger bar . Good for a short break wial on your travels or just to bring the kids out for a treat.

  Asked very politely for a Cadburys mcflurry and asked would they put some Cadburys chocolate in it as on previous occasions it's just been ice cream , I was told no problem, when I received it I counted about 10 of the tiniest bits of chocolate you've ever seen, when I showed the cashier she said that's what you get . My advice don't even bother with the mcflurry, just buy an ice cream and a flake and do it yourself
  It's not about the money it's about the quality , it's absolutely shocking , I will certainly not be going back .
